3ppp‘s Low Carbon Scotland 2018 conference will be held in Edinburgh on 15th May 2018. The conference theme is “Smart, Connected, “Low Carbon” Communities – what are they and how are they created?” and will explore creating sustainable communities, cities and regions through collaboration between the public sector, central & regional government, private sector, third sector, and citizens.
